ekincare has elevated Somak Ray from Vice President – Operations to Co-founder, strengthening its leadership team as the company enters a phase of accelerated global expansion.

In his new role, Ray will focus on scaling operations, forging strategic partnerships, and identifying new growth opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Since joining ekincare in 2016, Ray, a graduate of NIT Surat and XLRI Jamshedpur, has been instrumental in building the company’s operational infrastructure and expanding its service delivery. His contributions include leading India’s largest cashless COVID-19 vaccination initiative, growing the provider network to over 50,000 partners nationwide, and launching new service lines to diversify revenue and enhance market presence.
